You would like to return an item within 14 days of receipt. How does this work and who pays the return costs?

For every return, I will refund the total price of the item, minus the shipping costs. The return costs will be covered. Please do not remove the product and security label and contact me to receive the return label. Please remember: If the labels are removed, there will be no refund.

How do you know if the items are genuine?

All luxury items are delivered with the original components of the respective brand, such as authenticity card, product card and dust bag. You can be assured that every detail - from the processing to the packaging - underlines the authenticity and exclusivity of my items.

What condition is the product in?

The goods are not second-hand or new goods, but exclusively brand new original goods. This means: The product has never been used and shows no signs of wear. The goods are in their original condition.
