Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal
You can cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods.
Exercising the right of withdrawal:
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Jessica Schack, An der Kreuzmühle 7, 76829 Landau, Deutschland, E-Mail: contact@einzelstck.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement. This can be done in writing by post or by e-mail. You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not obligatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of withdrawal before the end of the fourteen-day period

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (also excluding additional costs incurred by choosing a delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made immediately, but at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received your notice of withdrawal.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.
We shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality. Items from which the security labels have been removed are generally excluded from return
