Cancellation policy & cancellation form

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

You can cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier commissioned by you received the last goods.
Exercise of the right of withdrawal:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jessica Schack, An der Kreuzmühle 7, 76829 Landau, Germany, email: contact@einzelstck.com) by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. This can be done in writing by post or email. You can use the sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of cancellation before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, excluding the costs of delivery (also excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us). The reimbursement will be made promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we receive your notice of cancellation.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
We will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning. Articles from which the security labels have been removed are generally excluded from return.
